Choosing the right rehabilitation program is important to you.

At Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, programming and treatment plans are individually developed to assist individuals with transitioning from hospital to home, to personal care or for those requiring long term care services. The experienced and dedicated rehabilitation team, consisting of physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists are committed to providing treatment programs for a variety of health conditions with the interdisciplinary team and physician directed for desired outcomes. 

Educating, coaching and promoting resident self-management
 

Physical Therapy – a form of rehabilitative health utilizing exercises, equipment and modern medical technology to help individuals regain balance, improve body mechanics and increase strength and mobility. 

Comprehensive Lymphedema Treatment – We are proud to serve the Clarion County region by offering this much-needed therapy. Our specialized therapist will treat Lymphedema, an accumulation of fluids and protein in tissue that develops as a result of post-surgery situations, often related to cancer treatment.

Occupational Therapy – programming for those with ability impaired by injury, surgery, acute or chronic illness or developmental disabilities. Programs are designed to address the individual educational and training goals for daily living skills, safety and sensorimotor needs to aide in recovery.
 

Speech Therapy – provides a multitude of services for individuals in need of speech, language, communication, cognitive abilities and swallowing function treatments. Medical conditions addressed, but not limited to:
 

• Joint replacement

• Musculoskeletal injuries
