We provide assistance to individuals recovering from an illness, injury or hospital stay. Providing Outpatient Therapy, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Skilled Nursing Care for individuals in our community.
Country Springs Personal Care
The emphasis of Personal Care is to provide each resident minimal assistance with their daily routine, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining and remembering to take medications. Independence is never hindered. Personal Care enhances self esteem and encourages a fulfilling lifestyle.
